  • What is your Return Policy?
    We want you to love your purchase. We understand that not everything will fit right or will not be exactly what you expected. Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit to be used on a future purchase. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment. ​ Store credits may only be used one time. Shipping fees are not refundable and will not be applied to any store credits. ​ Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Items returned to us with pet hair, marks, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke smell or similar product smells or stains will be shipped back to you and will not be issued a refund or a credit. They will be subject to additional shipping costs. ​ Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. ​ If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us to ensure your desired size is available. We will ship the exchange free of charge back to you once we have received your original item. ​ All sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. ​ For sanitary reasons and safety, jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, hair accessories, and all other accessories are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. ​ Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your items. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.​ Original shipping is non refundable if paid. ​ Items being sent back for returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted. ​ Please keep your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking. No exceptions on our return policy will be offered.
  • What is your Shipping Policy?
    We are dedicated to providing you with a hassle-free shipping experience. All orders are shipped with premium carriers to ensure that your orders arrive in perfect condition. Orders ship for free when orders placed are $85 USA dollars or more. We offer a flat rate $6 dollar shipping charge. Shipping fees are non refundable. All orders placed with Blue Poppy Boutique ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. All orders ship from South Jordan, Utah All orders are supplied with a tracking number immediately when shipped. The tracking number and order information is sent to the email provided to us on the order by the customer. If for any reason you need to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us within 30 minutes after placing you order. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. ​ We cannot be held liable for any carrier delays once your order leaves our hands.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
